Cancellation

All booking made should be accompanied by advance or full pre payments. In case of any cancellations, they must follow the cancellation policy as listed from time to time and depending on the nature of the service taken.

 

All Cancellations will have to be made within the time frame mentioned to avoid any cancellation charge.

Refund Policy

All Refunds will be subject to verification by Extended Stay Experts.

Incase of refunds / cancellations, the refund will be initiated after deducting any cancellation charges & service tax.

If the charges are paid by domestic credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Incase of payments being made by any international credit cards, there will be no refunds initiated. The amount will be will be used as credit (under the company name) and utilized for the next booking or other services.

All refund claims must be made within 7 days of the intended date of service requested for.
